Dining~

SUI-REN: Dinner experience like no other.  The ingenious inclusion of both Peruvian and Japanese cuisine is unforgettable.  Fresh fish abounds, delicately combined flavors create undeniable pleasures to the palate.  Sushi and Ceviche choices are inventive and delicious. An incredibly well-rounded wine and sake list will pull the entire dining experience into a realm you don’t have to just dream about.  Don’t forget, if you choose to take part in the many fishing opportunities available, the chef will be happy to prepare your catch to your liking.  There are also plentiful vegan and vegetarian choices.

Almond Tree: A unique experience in Turks & Caicos, both in cuisine and setting.  Serving ‘creative comfort food with a Shore Club twist’, the restaurant is open for dinner under the twinkling lights of the courtyard almond tree.  The cocktail menu is a masterpiece of bespoke cocktails featuring aged rums, whiskeys, and rye drinks.

The Colonnade: Has a fantastically balanced menu.  Their unique twist on the salad, small plates, and chef's special offerings is unrivaled.  There is a fantastic variety of sushi and plenty of offerings for those who prefer vegetarian or vegan choices, like the Falafel Shawarma!  Along with all of the epicurean delights are a wide variety of tropical libations.  The bartenders are very well-trained and creative.  Don’t be surprised if you see them exhibit some playful flair in creating a custom drink just for you.

There is no shortage of cabanas to enjoy all that your heart desires.  The staff will gladly prepare the area for you with fresh towels and a bucket of ice water to stay hydrated.  The Rope Bar at The Colonnade is the centerpiece that brings the whole space together.

Sea Grapes: A family-friendly, poolside lunch restaurant, complete with views of the ocean! Try a refreshing Gazpacho or Watermelon and Feta Salad.  Perfect options for a hot beach day.
