Overview

Located in a Private Estate, the Villa has been designed for families looking for serenity and authenticity.  It includes a principal residence and two outbuildings, fully restored with decoration perfectly in line with the history and the atmosphere of the Private Estate, dating to the late 80s, combining modernity and Provencal charm. 

Sylvabelle 11, with its 11 spacious bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms is fitted with the most luxurious materials and top of the range technology.

The grand drive leads up to the main house where the ground floor houses a large lobby, bar area, dining, living room, television room and state of the art kitchen.  There are several balconies and terraces to enjoy the sea view while having a nap, taking in the sunrays, or have a coffee on the lower terrace.

The other two buildings house another six luxury bedrooms, a fully fitted kitchen, a gym, massage room and Jacuzzi.  

The heated pool is located in a secluded area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, alfresco bar tables and stools, sun lounges, hammock and summer lounge so guests can enjoy it through the day and evening.
