This ultra luxury villa is situated in the peaceful quartier of Les Marres, about 3 km from the center of Saint-Tropez and 5 minutes drive to the beaches of Pampelonne.

The spacious villa of 550 square meters consists of a large double living room with fireplace, dining room area opening onto the covered terrace, and a well-equipped kitchen.

The villa has seven bedrooms each with private bath or shower room, numerous terraces, and the master bedroom has a private Jacuzzi as well.  All the bedrooms have air-conditioning and television and four bedrooms have a private terrace or direct access to the garden.

The property is also just at 3 kilometers to Pampelonne bay and St-Tropez Village. In this area of St Tropez you can find many restaurants, cafes, many exclusive boutiques for everyone's need, as well as the large colorful market on Tuesday & Saturday. If it is all too much after your shopping you can relax and have a drink at one of the trendy bars like Senequier in the Port and gaze at the amazing yachts and “the beautiful people”. Nightlife sports clubs and medieval towns are there to explore such as Gassin, Grimaud, and Ramatuelle and the nearest beach is just a 5/6-minute drive from the property.  On the golden sandy stretches of Pampelonne beach are numerous famous beach restaurants such as Club 55, Tropezina, and Moorea to name a few.
