The house has been designed with modernity in mind. The villa sits amidst glorious vineyards and Mediterranean umbrella pine trees. It is located two kilometers from the hilltop village of Ramatuelle.
The property has five bedrooms and five shower rooms: three in the main house, two on the ground floor and one on the first floor. Separate accommodation overlooking the pool and garden with two bedrooms (one on the ground floor and one on the first floor, both with separate access).
A very comfortable and stylish accommodation with a modern feel. The spacious living room features large sofas with dining room and open plan kitchen. The fully equipped modern kitchen comes complete with fridge/freezer, water and ice dispenser, induction plate, dishwasher, etc. There is a separate Laundry and utility room with both washing machine and dryer.
