Adeline loft-apartment offers 345m² of space and exceptional facilities. Located over the first and second floors, it opens onto a private 86m2 garden with an outdoor lounge, which is almost impossible to find in Paris!

Incredibly bright, the apartment has spectacular high ceilings. The warm decoration is inspired by the view of luxuriant nature, with earthy yellows, greens, brick red, sage and charcoal, contemporary, elegant lines and furniture. Enjoy a first-class stay at Aleline apartment which offers a 41m2 master bedroom with dressing room and ensuite bathroom, three bedrooms with two further bathrooms and a shower room, a lounge, a dining room and a fully-equipped kitchen.

Please Note that for larger groups, we can organize the rental of several apartments of the Mansion and privatise a whole floor for example.

The Apartment is available for the hosting of events and private receptions. All the living spaces have been adapted for tailored security and privacy. The location, just a stone’s throw from the Place de la Madeleine in the heart of the French capital, makes the Apartment and the Mansion the ideal establishment for holding high-end, contemporary events including film and photo shoots, product launches, showroom and private dinners.
