Overview

This villa was recently built in 2018 and is very secluded without any neighbors.

Entering the main gate, a water mirror reflecting the candid Caribbean sun surrounded by tiles is a unique attraction before stepping into the high-ceilinged outdoor foyer with a massive lantern-like chandelier, balcony, staircase to the second floor, and access to the garden. The modern, fully-equipped kitchen dominated by white and gray offers all you need to prepare a traditional Dominican meal or enjoy breakfast on the island while talking about your beach day. Moving to the living area, a rustic chandelier welcomes you to rest on any of the cozy mat chairs or the sofa while gentle breezes sneak in. The dining area offers seats for twelve guests on its large hardwood squared table.

On the second floor, watch your favorite movies in the media room or go on the large balcony which offers majestic views of the golf course. Then, you will find the master bedroom with a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, TV, and walk-in closet. The second bedroom also has a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom. The third and the fourth bedrooms have two full-size beds and an en-suite bathroom each. The fifth bedroom is downstairs with two twin beds, TV, and an en-suite bathroom. Next to the main house is a guest house with the sixth bedroom with a king-size bed, TV, and en-suite bathroom.

Stepping outside under the large patio, the al fresco dining for ten guests waits for you next to the outdoor living area, the swimming pool with pristine water, and the palapa to lay back and enjoy a snack with friends or family while you enjoy the unique golf views.
